What is Wavefront/CustomVue Procedure?
Each eye has an individual visual map (a fingerprint) which has 3 dimensional irregularities. Wavefront/CustomVue provides us with the technology to measure these irregularities with great precision and then correct them with differential customized correction programmed into the laser. Our doctors will discuss whether you are a candidate for this new technology.
What is Epilasik?
This is a new procedure (2004) being evaluated at our office. It theoretically provides the safety profile of PRK and the comfort and quick visual recovery of lasik. Our doctors will discuss with you whether this is an appropriate procedure for your eyes.
